Capacity started in 2024. I was 17.

No business plan. No investors. No manufacturer connections. Just a genuine frustration with what was out there and a belief I could do something better.

I've always trained hard. Bodybuilding isn't just a hobby for me, it's a lifestyle. And I got tired of choosing between gymwear that looked good but cost a fortune, or cheap stuff that fell apart after three washes. There was nothing in between that actually felt like it was made for people who really train.

So I built it myself.

It hasn't been easy. Wrong manufacturers, quality issues, setbacks. I'm still learning every single day while working full time and training alongside it. But that's kind of the point. Capacity is about pushing past what's comfortable. Reaching further than you think you can.

Every piece we drop is limited. We don't mass produce. We don't do fast fashion. We take our time, get it right, and put it out when it's ready.
